We are Frank & Trina Cruz, long time residents of the Tampa Bay area, married 24 years and faithfully serve at Radiant Church. 2020 had been difficult for everyone including ourselves with employment changes.
During this challenging time, we prayerfully asked for God’s guidance into a new direction. Recognizing that we wanted to be helpful to serve in our community, God laid a new ministry on our hearts.
Fast forward to March 2022. We are proud to announce.
The Vine Thrift Store is Now Open.
Our mission is to provide a clean family friendly store offering a kids corner, coffee station, prayer wall and to offer lots of great new and used affordable merchandise.
It is our purpose in life to follow Christ’s example in helping out people in our community. Loving one another and showing God's love to all. We look forward to faithfully serving you.

Store Policy
No refunds, returns or exchanges. Under no circumstance will the store issue cash or credit refunds. Please inspect all merchandise carefully.
Items without tags, without price, or altered tags or prices will not be sold. These items will be reprocessed and restocked for the following day.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Children under 14 years old must remain with a parent.
No loitering, no pictures, no solicitation, no smoking inside our facilities.
Facilities are monitored by internet based security departments; shoplifters will be prosecuted.
No holding of items. Once an item is selected it must be purchased and take from the property. Items left behind are the responsibility of the customer.
Large volume purchases for resale will not result in reduced pricing. The Vine Thrift will limit any one purchase to 100 items.
For Your Protection, we inspect I.D.’s on all credit card purchases.
Abusers of our Coupon Policy or any other offer will be denied.
Fitting Room items will be limited to 5 clothing items per customer per trial. Unwanted items may be hung on the provided rack Inside the fitting room. Your assistance is appreciated.
Customers are responsible for personal items. Large bags, purses, and backpacks are not permitted in the store and may be checked in with the cashier.
The Company avoids acceptance of recalled items and reviews all products for safety purposes and recalls; however due to the tremendous volume of items we work with daily, we recommend all customers research product safety before purchasing any item, especially children’s items.
